How Transform works:
Before the Program Starts
- You will receive your wireless bathroom scale and digital activity tracker by mail.
- You will download the Transform app and begin exploring its features and connect your activity tracker and scale.
- You will meet your new health coach via email.
During the program
- You will receive weekly learning sessions that will guide you through building a healthy lifestyle.
- You will track your weight, physical activity and food effortlessly with the provided digital tracking tools.
- You will have regular phone calls and messaging with your health coach to discuss your progress and support your goals.
